Obituary

Debbie Ann Valencia Mallett, age 49, of Dalton, passed away Sunday, August 4, 2019 at her residence. 
She was preceded in death by her father, Bill Valencia. 
She is survived by her husband, Wayne Mallett of the residence; son, Justin Smith of Dalton, mother, Elaine Valencia of Tunnel Hill; sisters and brothers-in-law, Sharon and Horace Renfroe of Tunnel Hill and Jodi and Brian Townsend of Kennesaw; brother and sister-in-law, Todd and Melody Valencia of Tunnel Hill; uncle Alan Valencia of New York; very special nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews also survive. 

The funeral service to honor the life of Mrs. Mallett will be held Thursday, August 8, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at the Pleasant Grove Chapel of Julian Peeples Funeral Home. Burial will be in United Memorial Gardens. 
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. 
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, P. O. Box 1000, Dept. 142, Memphis, TN 38101-9908 or flowers will be accepted.
