RIP  December 23, 2020

Mary Catherine Kies, age 79, died of natural causes on December 23, 2020. She is survived by 4 daughters and 8 grandchildren. She is predeceased by her parents and brother.

"Cookie" was a graduate of St. Cyril's Academy in Danville, PA. She went on to earn her nursing degree in Allentown. Over the next 40 years she worked at hospitals, schools, and nursing homes in Lehigh County before retiring to Richmond VA, then Glassboro, NJ.

As an avid gardener, caring neighbor, and pet lover, she enjoyed time outside with friends and flowers.
