Janet is survived by her husband Jerry and their four children: Daughter Stephanie and her husband Aaron Lasater, Son Alex and his wife Liz Ruc-House, Daughter Diana and her husband Joe Cina and their children, her grandchildren, Frankie, Max and stepdaughter Josie, and Daughter Christina and her partner AJ Saunders.

Janet is remembered as having a big heart. She was a kind soul with nothing but love to share. We are proud of her achievements both academically and personally. We celebrate how she touched many lives during her time on earth. She will be deeply missed and remembered by all her family and everyone that knew her.
