   Morning activities at Villarosa Hall

    - Registration

    - Baccalaureate Mass

    - Lecture Series

    - Recognition of professors and non-medical staff

    - Lunch (included)

   On and off Campus tour

   Class Night (5 PM) at Dr. Ariniego's place (informal)

Day2: February 27, 2015 (Friday)

   ALUMNI NIGHT : Venue: Villarosa Hall

Day3 Saturday, February 28, 2015

  Class '89 Optional day for family/friends

 

REGISTRATION FEES:

   - Inclusive of: registration kit ( DLSHSIMD89 tshirts, souvenir program, tokens), dinner on alumni night

    Early Registration: Php 3,500 (until December 31,2014)

    Late Registration:  Php 5,000 (after December 31,2014)

   Guest Fee (Alumni Night): PHP 1,000.00
