Hellum, Gary Alan, Age 43, December 27, 2009**, of Westland.

Beloved son of Richard Hellum and Janice (J.D.) Fultz. Dear nephew of Cathie Cronk. Formerly married to Donna. Also survived by his dogs Tasha and Tara.

Visitation Wednesday from 4 to 9pm at the R.G. & G.R. Harris Funeral Home, 31551 Ford Road, Garden City.  There will be no funeral service.

The family suggests donations to Michigan Humane Society.

** The guestbook entries at the funeral home suggest that he may have taken his own life.
