My dear friend since 9th grade.I still recall her 1st day at Adams as she walked into Mrs.McKay's class. We went to MSU along with Helen Towle...Visited her a couple of times at Cornell (she had married Gary Carpenter- later divorced). Would get together whenever I came home to MI...Somehow, we lost touch and then I found out she was gone..Am still very sad about this as we had been through so much together...so many times we walked up to visit Kal at his job on Sat. afternoons, then said "hi" to Carol Evans next door at her Uncle's jewelry store finally ending up at Westborn..Miss ya Sue,love ya, Mary and Kal
PS Kal would always disconnect her Dad's car's odometer for her trips up to Eastern to visit Gary - . she just had to be back by 10 so he could reconnect...so many many stories...
