Mrs. Cook arrangements at this time are private with no services at this time. She passed away on July 26, 2021 at her residence after her illness. she is survived by her children Chris Schindelbauer of Indianapolis, Katrina Shindleborrow Matthews of Decatur, grandson Justin Matthews of Decatur and great-granddaughter Scarlett.
