Funeral for Patricia Ann Price Goodwin, 65, of Ardmore will be Wednesday, Jan. 17, 2007, at 11 a.m. at Roselawn Funeral Home in Decatur with the Rev. Dr. Joel Carwile officiating. Burial will be in Roselawn Cemetery. Visitation will be tonight from 6 to 8 at the funeral home. Mrs. Goodwin, who died Monday, Jan. 15, 2007, at her residence, was born Aug. 17, 1941, in Decatur to Ollie and Pauline Coffey Price. She was a member of University Baptist Church in Huntsville. She retired as a secretary from Alabama A&M University. Her father, Ollie Price; her grandparents, the Rev. W.W. and Mrs. Coffey; and nephew, Michael Hogue, preceded her in death. Survivors include her husband, Gary Goodwin; one daughter, Beth Lowe and her husband, Matthew, of Ardmore; one grandson, Jordan Lowe of Ardmore; her mother, Pauline Price Smith of Decatur; four sisters, Wilba Newby and her husband, Jerry, of Harvest, Sandy Hogue and her husband, Dewey, of Moulton, Caroline Hayes and Barbara Gothrough and her husband, Joe, all of Decatur; and one brother, Frank Smith of Decatur.Pallbearers will be Tim Newby, Ken Newby, Chris Newby, Dewey Hogue, Darren Newberry and Paul Wright.
