Fred and Bobby, two of the greatest friends you could have. I remember Bobby teaching their dog to say HAMMMMMBURGERRRRRRR...., it drove Fred NUTZ. Now THAT was funny.
Fred worked so hard to build his business and Bobby continually supported him to keep going. They were a pair made in heaven and now they are back together again.
I find it so ironic how that sometimes happen.

We miss you Fred.

Fred was a fine man and mentor to me. He made me feel welcome in Defiance.

Fred was one of our two biggest linemen on the football team our senior year. Roger "Beans" Beindorf was the other one. Fred also liked to play the Bongos and have a good time. I miss them both.

I remember playing baseball, basketball and football with Fred when we were just growing up. We later double-dated a number of times- of course, it was Fred and Bobbie! I remember Fred's Mom and Dad too; great people. Fred was always a great guy, but I never saw him after high school. Tondy Clemens

Good memories of Fred....we lived in the same neighborhood during part of high school, and he would sometimes swing by and give me a ride to school. He was always lots of fun....and always with Bobbie :o)

Will miss them both.

Fred and Bobbi were a couple we spent a lot of time with as newlyweds.  They lived in a little apartment near where I lived on Holgate Avenue.  I remember their first child and the loss and sadness. I, too remember the dog, "DUKE" that said hamburger!!  Fred was always sure of himself and he was, well... Fred.
