Patricia "Pat" Szabo, 65, Sherwood, Ohio, died Thursday, July 8, 2010 at CHP Defiance Area In-Patient Hospice Center, Defiance, Ohio. Pat was born June11, 1945, in Defiance, the daughter of Leroy and Sue Marchal.Pat retired from the GM Powertrain and was a member of UAW, Local 211.
Surviving are a daughter, Dani (Rob) Miller, Sherwood; a son, Steve(Shelly) Szabo, Holgate, Ohio; 4 grandchildren, Devyn and Dylan Szabo and Logan and Storm Miller; and a sister Jan Gineman, Swanton. Ohio.
I remember making props with Pat for the Junior Class Play, " Seventeenth Summer ". She was a lot of fun to work with. We did a lot more talking than work.
