Stefi Navin graduated from Parkview School of Practical Nursing, Fort Wayne IN. She married Dan Cooper and they owned and ran Cooper Nursing Home in Bluffton, IN. Stefi and Dan have two daughters, Angela and Jill and Angela has two sons. Stefi died unexpectedly September, 1975.
I remember all the record hops I attended with Stefi and her cousin Josie Lawson. Stefi loved music and dancing and always had a smile and an optimistic attitude. In one memory I have, Pam and I were trying to trick Ted into thinking I was Pam. Stefi and Bob Marihugh were double dating with Pam and Ted that night. (We forgot to tell Stef about our plan) We were doing pretty well but as soon as I got into the car, Stef said "Paula what are you doing?" and began laughing. Well, maybe we could trick Ted, but we could never trick her. I will always remember that and all the good times we had together.
Stefi was such a great friend to both Ted and me. The word bubbly comes to our minds when we think of her. Paula and I were talking about the great times we had cruising around on Sunday afternoons in her renault. I am so thankful for the afternoon in 1973 that Josie and I drove to Bluffton, Indiana, and spent with Stef. I had the opportunity to meet her darling little girl. Ted and I were able to attend her services and bid our friend farewell for now.

She was Such a Great Young Lady. We went through All 12 Grades Together.
I at one time had a crusch on Her. She lived right across the Street from St.
Mary's School. Such a Sad Loss!!
