Life has been busy! The picture on my profile reflects what I like to do most...my work for Jesus. That is me hiking in the Talamanca mountains of Costa Rica. We have grown close to three missionary brothers who were raised there. My husband and I go often and help where we can taking the Jesus film out to Cabecar' and Bri Bri Indians in the jungle or building or whatever needs done. Whether it's taking care of four kids and my husband or my work at Zionsville Middle School, I want to do it all to glorify my Lord. As you can see, I've dropped a few pounds, realized some priorities I had neglected and I have changed alot! I have four great kids. Katie graduated this year and will be at Taylor University this fall. My oldest son, Ross is a Junior at ZCHS and his claim to fame right now is as starting defensive end for the football team. My youngest son, Tommy is in 6th grade and likes baseball, the Red Sox and New England Patriots football. My little girl, Julie will be a fourth grader this fall and she is an expert on animals. My husband, Blane, works for Lilly in Indianapolis. Last December, he came home from a business trip to inform me that he had been taken to the emergency room during a presentation in Philadelphia and they did scans and diagnosed him with kidney cancer. Well, within 10 days he was having his kidney removed and spent 6 weeks recovering through Christmas. He is a great guy. After 4 weeks he went back to work and through it all gives all the praise for his recovery to answered prayer from God. We like to be at home which for us is two acres in the country with chickens and sheep. We take a trip out to Cape Cod at least once a year to visit all of Blane's family. Blane attended college at Mass Maritime there in Wareham. Life for me didn't really begin until long after high school...but it is a good life now.

It's an older picture but I don't have many of Blane...he always has the camera. He still looks the same though.
