Juanita Faye Tiger-Folsum, May 12, 1950 - July 27, 2004

Juanita was active in school in the Future Homemakers of America club and served on the clubs executive council during our senior year. She is remembered by friends in our class as very sweet and quiet girl.

Juanita married Malcom Folsum in December 1972, and they were married 25 years when he un-expectantly passed away. They had 4 children Jon, Paul, Bobbi Jo and Theresa Ann, and 3 granddaughters. She was a Licensed Practical Nurse in Tahlequah Oklahoma at the time of her death. Affectionately know as Nito she is missed by her friends and family.

Her final arrangements were done by Reed Culver Funeral Home, in Tahlequah, OK. No formal obituary was available.
