I can tell you a little about Sherry Letz. She was a good friend of mine in ROTC. Not too many in our class would know her. She should have graduated in 90 but was having a baby and decided to graduate early. She was happy to become a mom, and loved her kids so much. She took on the responsibility willingly and did everything she could for her kids.

She was a fun gal, full of life, and loved to have a good time.

In school, she was in the ROTC program and was involved with the drill team and rifle team. She worked hard at her extracurricular activites and always did a great job. We got to travel all the time in ROTC, and she was always a fun person to be around. She made our trips so much fun and when we celebrated our victories (WHICH WERE ALL THE TIME) and we celebrated big. She was always the life of the party but also was serious at times and put forth concentration when she needed to.

She was in an auto accident where a truck rolled over her. She was still alive, and the life flight came to get her, and on the way to the hospital the life flight crashed. Then she died.

She had two young boys Eric and Christopher. They are both doing well these days. They were very young when she died, and probably don't remember too much about her. They are now around 19 and 15.

At our prom, we double dated and had a good time then too! She really was a nice girl, and it is just really too bad about the accident. She is dearly missed.

To the family of Sherry Letz~

Please accept my condolences! I knew Sherry and was pretty shocked to learn of her accidental death! I pray all is well with the family, now especially her children, and that the Lord is taking care of all of you and holding you all in His mighty, but gentle hand.

May God bless you! May Sherry's memory live on forever!

Sincerely~
