As per Sharon Abla:  Lewis died in Dearborn, Michigan, on 8/11/69 at age 39 of a heart attack.  He is survived by his brother, Victor Abla.  Lewis was a career man in the Navy.  After retirement worked at Chrysler Corp. until his death. He was never married but had lots of friends, being a very outgoing person himself.
