Larry A. Nevers age 72 passed away at home Sunday February 3, 2013. Son of Harry and Sybil (nee Magarian) Nevers. Beloved husband of Nancy (nee Keane). Adoring father of Kelly (Sean) Bingham and beloved grandfather of Madeleine Rose. Brother of William and Diane Nevers. Uncle to Cody and Casey. Larry was a highly decorated Detroit Police officer at Precincts 4 and 7. He was the recipient of the DPD Life Saving Award and the Governor's Distinguished Service Award.
