William T. Richardson

William T. Richardson, a resident of Northville, passed from this life on June 25, 2021, at the age of 83.

William was the beloved husband of the late Susan, and the loving father of Debra (Joe) Camilleri, Thomas (JoAnn), Bill, Jr. (Dawn), Jonathan (Tara), Dan (Debbie) Vogt, and Joel (Irene) Vogt. He was the cherished grandfather of Paul, Alyssa, Kristi (Mark), Myles (Kelsey), Chase (Patti), Sara, Kelly (Kyle), Kyle, Leah, Sam, Rebekah and Nikolas and dearest great grandfather of 10 great grandchildren. William was the dear brother of Catherine (Bill), Bob, and the late Jack (Eileen).

William's career accomplishments included being a Power Plant Engineer at General Motors, an owner of a camera store and gallery, and Boiler Operator on freighters on the Great Lakes. He had numerous hobbies and interests such as golfing, hunting, skeet shooting (he was a state champion at this), playing billiards, fly fishing, making wine, doing puzzles, eating ice cream and traveling. Two of his favorite sayings was "Who, what?" and "I'm in good shape for the shape I'm in".  William will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

He will be resting at the L.J. Griffin Funeral Home, Northrop-Sassaman Chapel, 19091 Northville Rd. (at 7 Mile Rd.), on  Wednesday June 30, 2021, from 10:30 a.m. until the time of his Funeral Service at 1:00 p.m.
