Thomas E. Madsen, 73, of Howell, died October 21, 2014.  He was born April 11, 1941 in Detroit, and he married Maryann Olst, October 29, 1982 in Livonia, Mi.  Tom was a police officer in Detroit prior to transferring to and retiring from the Livonia Police Dept.  He was also a member of the American Legion and served in the US Army during the Cold War.  Services at Borek Jennings Funeral Home, Hamburg Chapel.  Sign guestbook at borekjennings.com.
