Michael Purcell Jr., age 72, passed away May 20, 2014. He was a member of the South Lyon V.F.W. He is survived by his mother Wenlyn Wikman, children: Karrie Cawthon, Michael W. Purcell and Mark Purcell; and 5 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife Karen Purcell. Visitation will be held on May 23, Friday, from 2:00 – 8:00 p.m. A funeral service will be held on May 24, Saturday, at 11:00 a.m. with final visitation beginning at 9:30a.m. at Phillips Funeral Home, 122 West Lake Street, South Lyon.
