Garnet (“Robbie”) Robertson, Age 83 of Huntington Woods, Michigan. Passed away November 2, 2023.

Beloved mother of Julie Robertson (Matthew Ciaramitaro); cherished grandmother of Carl Ciaramitaro (Darrel Holnes), Cecily Ciaramitaro (Justin Wight) and John Ciaramitaro; great-grandmother of Sage Wight. Preceded in death by her parents Carl and Lorene Wolf, and brothers Carl Wolf and Donn Wolf.

Before retiring from Amerisure, Robbie was the head nurse at Detroit Receiving Hospital’s Emergency Department, working nights for over 20 years. She will be remembered for her kindness and compassion to all, and greatly missed by those who knew her.

In lieu of flowers, memorial may be made in Robbie's name to Leader Dogs for the Blind.

Visitation will be on Friday, November 10, 2-8pm at A.J. Desmond & Sons (Vasu, Rodgers, & Connell Chapel), 32515 Woodward (btw 13-14 Mile), Royal Oak, 248-549-0500. Funeral Service will be Saturday, November 11, at Christ Church Cranbrook, 470 Church Rd, Bloomfield Hills. Service will begin at 2pm with prior visitation at 1pm.

Private burial at Grand Lawn Cemetery.
