Jess F. Chalker died July 19, 2023. He was 75 years old. Jess was born September 29, 1947 to the late Herbert & Demetra Chalker (Bajis). He was the second oldest of four children: Angela (Fox), Denise (Cottingham), and Barbara (Granger). Jess was the husband of the late Patricia “Patti” for 23 years. Father of Kimberly (Nelson), Alexis (Priest), Ericka (Krajewski) and Jess F. Chalker Jr. Grandfather of Ryan, Kylie & Tyler Nelson, Trinity & Alex Krajewski, Ian Priest, and great grandfather of Wesley & Lydia Nelson, and Scarlett & Isabella Cheng. He is also survived by many other relatives, nieces, and nephews. The family will receive friends on Sunday, July 23, from 2-7pm with Trisagion at 6pm at A.J. Desmond & Sons 2600 Crooks Rd. (between Maple and Big Beaver) Troy (248) 362-2500. Funeral Service will be on Monday, July 24, at 11am at St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church 760 W. Wattles, Troy.
