Sad to hear of the passing of Dick Clark yesterday.  I watched Bandstand everyday.  I had a crush on Arlene Sullivan.

Classmates;

I came across an "official" leter from Brother Raymond dated March 19, 1958 while I was searching for school items. It was of course a form letter mailed out to all the parents of incoming students. It listed the cost of the freshmen books (most were $2 - $3), tuition ($140), athlectic & publication fees ($10) and insurance ($2). I think the tuition increase to $160 was junior year.

I'm looking forward to seeing all you "old" guys June 10th.

I remember Mr. Pilat.  I believe I had him for History class.  One day he walked into class with a large bandage on one hand which covered most of the fore arm and down to the fingers.  He explained to the class that he had fallen thru the storm door window.  Later as the hand was healing he would walk up and down the aisles in the classroom with both hands behind his back and "pick" off the dead skin from his fingers.

Anybody else remember this story???
