Hey guys- if I remember correctly we won't be having the reunion @ Mt Bell. Didn't they ban us? Yes Pam there was plenty of people staggering to the music. I had a good time but the 10 yr was great!

This is a great site. I love the profiles and pictures. I hope we can get a lot more people to participate in the site and have a huge turnout at the reunion. I can't believe we've been out almost 20 years already. Seems like yesterday and an eternity at the same time....I enjoyed the 10th and 15th both.

The class of '88 met at the Greystone club house. I have no idea how much it cost. They had a taco/burrito meal, the bar inside and I think people were drinking outside too. It may be worth looking into. There was a DJ. It was a small area, but there's plenty of room outside as well.

For our 10 & 15 we checked on Greystone. You pay to have tables moved in and out. You have to pay for a dance floor to be set up and this is on top of the base fee so it was very expensive back in those days. Not to say that it isn't worth checking on just letting you know what took place in the past. I know there has been several reunions at the Country Club too. For thoses who didn't get an invitation to the last two reunions I will apoligize for the whole group that put it on. We used every source we had and sent out invitations to parents or to old addresses so I'm sorry but you missed 2 DARN good times. THe 10 I think more than the 15 but the dancers were nice BJ. Yes we have been kicked out of Montgomery Bell thats also why we dont have any money left because of damage bill. On another note if you know someone graduating please tell them it's their resonsibility to go to the school and get their money and place in an account of their own. They don't tell you that and if you dont its gone believe me I know for a fact! Thanks Jason for putting this site together.

I have no clue if it's still open (that is terrible to have to admit) but what about Ruskin Cave? I remember many moons back going to shows out there where everybody had on glow sticks... if its still open there is alot to do out there, I wonder if they rent it out for private events....Another idea is to rent out the Drive-in...can you imagine us all hanging out under the stars, coolers with whatever anybody wants to bring, music going before and after the movie, just enjoying being there--no hassle's about damaged goods, no money wasted on food or alcohol--if the concession stand doesn't have what you want, then bring it yourself! These are probably not the greatest ideas but just trying to think of something that A) won't cost and arm and a leg and B) won't cost and arm and a leg--these are tough times! How cool would it be the see on the drive-in sign RESERVED FOR DCHS CLASS OF 1990!

Not sure the drive-in does that, but has anyone thought about Old Spencer Mill? I have been there for a wedding reception and it was great- room for lots inside with a dance floor and room for lots outside. Just a thought...

Hello everyone, Well I attended the 15th class renunion and it was great other then having to leave early due to the crowd getting a bit rowdy. I was told that someone had tossed the idea of having it at the VFW hall, if so I think it just cost $500 dollars to rent. I am willing to help out in anyway with planning this renunion just let me know.

I just wanted to take this time to say "Thank you" to everyone who has worked so hard on past reunions, this website, and even the Facebook page. My husband Kevin and I had a VERY good time at the 10-year reunion (unfortunately we did not get to attend the 15-year) and I am sure there are even better times to come! Thanks again to everyone who works so hard to make things happen for our class! :)

First off, thanks to you guys for putting this site together.

I guess that my idea is pretty simple. For my choice, it doesn't have to be extravagant; just conducive to mingling and catching up. I like the idea of getting together w/ kids in the daytime, and then adults at night. I would look forward to meeting everyone's families, but it would also be nice to be adults for a while. MB was nice, and Greystone would be nice (if not expensive). I feel like I'm making a statement like Jason McConnell ("you can have the prom in my back yard" if any of you remember that one), but nonetheless, I'm most interested in the people who are present...than where we are present. I'm in Murfreesboro...cstringfield@hotmail.com. Whatever role I can provide, let me know.

What type of music does the Southwind band play? Thanks

The Southwind Band plays a mix of music. Classic Rock(60's, 70's, 80's), R&B, and some country.

Thanks so much for putting all this together. I really appreciate all of the effort . Just an FYI on the registration form there is no 0 for attending the picnic. So there will probably be more registered to come than will show. It will not allow you to move forward w/o selecting a number. I will be unable to attend the picnic, but look forward to the evening!

FYI~It probably would be a good idea to put the reunion information in the Dickson Herald for those classmates who many not have a computer. Thanks to the ones who are helping with our reunion!!! I am looking forward to it.
