Parent Board / Q&A
The Parent Board is made up of a "Team Parent/Representative" from each team, plus a Parent to represent the goalies. Unfortunately, this season, we did not have volunteers from every team join us, however we hope to remedy this in the future.
These parents, along with Rachael Bloemker and Jill Dull, meet once a month to review and discuss the past, current and future status of Club happenings. They bring to the meetings topics being discussed among all of the club's parents throughout the season. They also are to report the meetings' notes to their respective teams following the meeting.

Q. Can an athlete "play up" in age group?
A. All athletes will participate in their Date of Birth/Grade appropriate age group unless otherwise selected by the coaching staff.
Q. Does Typhoon have a U19 team?
A. Currently, Typhoon does not have a U19 team. By the start of next indoor season, should numbers remain consistent, we plan to have a U19 team.
Q. How can you participate in Premier?
A. Currently, the coaching staff and selectors will decide who will be selected for the Premier teams. A player can then accept or decline. This club structure may change by next season.
Q. Do current Typhoon coaches provide any feedback during the tryout process?
A. Yes they do. Typhoon coach prior knowledge of participating players was collected and used in the team design process. Also, athletes who requested it were given feedback from their tryouts.
