25th Reunion Survey

It is hard to believe that we will be celebrating our 25th year as DHS Alumni next June 2013.  Given the lack of interest for our 20 year reunion the Reunion Committee has created a survey to determine if there would be any interest in attending a 25 year Reunion.  Please answer the below Survey to let us know your thoughts.  Please also provide any suggestions or comments if you are interested in attending a 25 year reunion.
