Courtney Sanderson Miller reported on Facebook that Susan Erickson (Sanderson) Hurtt passed away on Nov. 28, 2022, following a lengthy illness. Courtney said she passed away peacefully, surrounded by those she loved. We extend our sympathy  and prayers to Sue’s family and loved ones.
Sue was a bright, popular member of our class and served as a reunion committee member for many years. She will be missed by all.

12-6-2022: Here is a post from Courtney a few days ago regarding a celebration of life for Sue.

"We wanted to give an update on our plans for my mom, Susan Hurtt. We will have a celebration of life at Carlos and Mom’s condo on Sunday February 5, 2023 from 1-4 pm. We would love to see her friends there! We will post reminders as we get closer. In April we will spread her ashes in the lake by my house in N.C."
