We mourn the passing of our classmate, Kristy Jones Franklin, of Roseville, Calif., who passed away Wednesday, Nov. 24, 2021, in Reno, Nev., She and her husband, Bruce, had been living in Roseville since 2017. She was 77. Prior to their move to Roseville, Kristy served about 10 years on the La Quinta, Calif., city council. There is a newspaper writeup on her passing as found in the Palm Springs Desert Sun paper near the end of this page.
We send prayers and condolences to Bruce and members of Kristy’s family. She will be greatly missed.

I am saddend by Kristy's passing. I remember how much fun Kristy was and how she could brighten everyone's day. When I was going through a tough teenage moment, Kristy was kind and supportive. I have had several occasions over the past few years to tell how well I remember her parents and how nice they always were to me. My condolences to her family.
