Comments:
After leaving school I married Joe and raised 4 children. After our youngest left I started subing at the upper ementary for 10 years and eventually applied for the time out position and worked there until I retired after 17 years. I enjoyed working with the teachers, staff and the kids, I still work part time if asked. Seems that I am busier now that I am at home, we make trips out to Sturgis to visit my mother (she is doing well at almost 95 years) and enjoy having the our kids, grandchildren and great grandkids at most holidays. I still garden, play darts and pool with my grandkids and attend their activities when we can. Joe and I have been married for 53 years in May and still enjoy doing things together.
