Rooms are available at the Doubletree Hotel at a rate of $89/night. Rooms must be booked with the hotel separately. The committee is not responsible for booking hotel rooms.

We want to make this the biggest and best Class Reunion yet, so please, if you are in contact with anyone from school, get in touch with them and have them call or email Cindy, or Kathy.


ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
 
The Reunion Fee includes:
·        cost of the banquet room
·        decorations
·        bartenders for the cash bars
·        hors d’oeuvres and finger foods the night at the Reunion
·        meat carving station
·        DJ
·        photographer
·        door prizes
·        keepsakes 
·        invitations for the people we don’t have email addresses for
·        postage for mailing invitations
·        name tags
 
There will be no formal sit-down meal. The food will be available throughout the night of the Reunion and tables will be available for each person or group to eat as they like.

If you have computer access, please join our reunion website at www.russell2009reunion.com. This website allows you to pay your reunion fees by credit card if you chose.

1.     Click on “2 year reunion
2.     Follow the steps to register and pay your fees.
You will also see a link to the hotel for those of you who chose to make reservations for the night.
If you chose to pay by credit card, you will be allowed to make payments, if necessary.If you chose to pay by check, please return the bottom portion of this page with your payment

****Please note: There will be NO refunds given this year. Please make sure that you do plan to attend the reunion before you pay your fees.*****
 
***Very Important Notice***
At registration, each attendee will be given an arm band to be worn throughout the night. Anyone caught without an arm band will be asked to leave the premises by security.
