ENHS 20th Class Reunion Schedule of Events

 

Thursday, October 4, 2012 - ENHS Homecoming Game

         Casual meeting place after the game:  The Cubby Hole (you're on your own financially)

 

Friday, October 5, 2012 - Mixer at House. Wine.  Appetizers will be served. (Time TBA)

 

Saturday, October 6, 2012 - Main event at The Echo Hotel.  $50 per person, includes dinner, cash bar

 

Sunday, October 7, 2012 - Family BBQ. Hot dogs and hamburgers, BYOB (more info TBA)

 

A block of rooms have been set aside at The Echo Hotel.  Feel free to stay there all three nights or only the night of the main event (highly encourged, we don't want anyone drinking and driving).

If anyone is interested in helping from afar (or close by), please let us know if you have any contacts in the area who could help us with the following:

 

Tables, chairs for the BBQ on Sunday

Willing to donate/discount hotdog/hamburger buns for BBQ

Willing to donate/discount hotdogs/hamburger patties for BBQ

Kids' bouncy houses for BBQ

Photo booth for Saturday night's main event
