Things are starting to pop and more and more people are joining. I wanted to give you a breakdown of costs. We've tried to keep it reasonable, but yet classy.
Friday night. Cocktail reception at the Embassy Suites. Most of us are staying there so cocktails and appetizers are on the house. After 7:30 the drinks are on you. If you're still hungry their restaurant is dynamite and very reasonable.
Saturday breakfast is on the house.
We have a bus to Edwards leaving at 10:00 am and taking a tour of Edwards, the museum, and lunch at Desert High. The total cost for the trip will be $30.00 per person. This includes a boxed lunch. If you are not interested in lunch, the cost drops to $20.00 for the bus..
Saturday night is the dinner, program, and dancing. The cost will be $65.00 which will include open bar from 5:30 to 7:30 and appetizers, a Mexican buffet at 7:30, followed by a program and DJ. The price of the dinner will cover food, decorations, and the DJ.
Sunday will be an included breakfast and Jan Wyberg, Jackie Wickline's husband, has offered to set up a golf game at Edwards. Prices will follow for the golf.
We have our own checking set up and I'm working on being able to set up credit card payments on the website.
