Jamie passed away in his sleep on May 21, 2015. He is survived by his wife, Denise; children, Amanda, Michael, Victoria, Alexis and Sophia; father, Richard; mother, Maria Archuleta and her husband, Mike; aunts; uncles; and many other family members and friends.
