CROUSE, N.C. - Mrs. Carolyn Amos Dellinger, 70, of 275 Bud Black Road, passed away on Sunday, May 31, 2015 at her residence.

Carolyn was born in Wood County, West Virginia on October 5, 1944 a daughter of the late Ralph Edward Amos and Blanche Martin Amos. She was an LPN and worked in are nursing homes and hospitals including Carolina Care Center of Cherryville and Lincoln Nursing Center in Lincolnton.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a sister, Lucille Full.

Survivors include her husband of 29 years, Arnold Dellinger of the home; two sons and daughters-in-law, Mark Archer and Kimberly of Parkersburg, West Virginia; Scott Archer and Denise of Alexis, N.C.; two brothers, Larry and Gene Amos of Parkersburg , West Virginia; five grandchildren, Amber Lockhart
and husband Danny, Ryan Archer and wife Jess, Chad, Derek and Alexis Archer; two great grandchildren, Aden and Baylee Lockhart and Rylee Archer who is due to arrive any time.

The family wishes to extend a special thanks to Janet and Jim Hutchinson for the care and love they showed to Carolyn.

Services will be Private and at the convenience of the family.
