Age 62, of Wellsburg, NY, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, August 27, 2013. He was born on March 3, 1951 in Elmira, NY to Delos and Frances (Cooper) Carl. Delos was predeceased by his father, Delos Carl Jr and Jesse Carl, both of Elmira; sisters, Connie Newell and Diane Carl, both of Elmira; and two grandchildren. Delos was employed by SKJ Facilities Management in Big Flats. Family and friends are invited to call on Tuesday, September 3rd, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the James D. Barrett Funeral Home. Funeral services will take place there at 1 p.m. Interment will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Park.
