Reading the Elmira Star-Gazette obituaries today (July 12, 2021) the announcement for the memorial service for Jean will be held in 2 days, July 14th, 2021. I knew Jean Ann Sterns Cox had passed and I'll guess the lateness of the memorial service had something to do with covid-19.
