Patricia J. McGuire, 56, of Walnut Ridge Dr., Millcreek Twp., died Saturday, June 17, 2006, at her residence after an extended illness.

She was born in Erie, Pa. on January 13, 1950, the daughter of the late Peter and Margaret Shuhart Debello. Patricia was a life-long Erie area resident. She was a 1967 graduate of Strong Vincent High School and a member of Our Lady of Peace RC Church.

She enjoyed playing bingo and was a fun-loving person who had special interests in Mercyhurst Prep theatre, humor, and the elderly.

Patricia is survived by her husband, Dennis P. McGuire; one daughter, Shelley Vybiral, and her husband, Mike, of Millcreek; two sons, Dennis McGuire of Erie, and Patrick McGuire of Millcreek. Also surviving are one sister, Sue Hewitt, and her husband, Jim, of Millcreek; one brother, Don Pusa, and his wife, Sue, of Gulf Port, Miss.; four grandchildren, Terry and Jessica Vybiral, and Makayla and Jayden McGuire. Friends may call at the Dusckas- Martin Funeral Home, Inc., 4216 Sterrettania Rd. on Tuesday from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 9 p.m., and are invited there on Wednesday at 12:30 p.m. for a prayer service followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at Our Lady of Peace RC Church at 1 p.m. Private interment.
