Michael “Mousie” F. D’Aurora, age 56, passed away Tuesday, January 8, 2008 following an extended illness with kidney disease. He was born July 20, 1951 in Erie, the son of the late Anthony D. and Joan H. D’Aurora.

Michael was a 1969 graduate of Strong Vincent High School. He is survived by his loving eight-year-old daughter, Jordan, and her mother Nikol. He is also survived by his stepmother, Christine A. D’Aurora; three sisters, Christine Scutella and her husband Terry, Susan Thompson, and Tricia Kerner and her husband Jason along with a brother Anthony D’Aurora and his wife Susan.

He is further survived by a stepbrother, Chuck Mountain; his father in-law Jeff DeForce and many cousins, nieces and nephews.

Friends are invited to call at the John J. Quinn Funeral Home, West 9th & Liberty St. Thursday from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. and are invited to attend to a Mass of Christian Burial Friday at 10:00 a.m. in St. Paul’s RC Church. Burial will be private.
