Annette was an great singer who had dreams of making it big in the music industry. She recorded her 1st & only song a few months before she passed. Annette was well loved & respected by her peers & people in her community. We were both in the car accident together & even today, 18years later I am constantly reminded by people of the incident & how a great person she was. Annette was knowledgeable about life & seemed to have had wisdom beyond her years. As alot of things she said at that youthful age proved to be so true now that I'm an adult. I have lost my best friend.

Annette was one of the most wonderful people I know and I consider myself lucky to have been a part of her life. She was a really great friend.
May her soul continue to rest in peace.

Annette was from my community and i can still remember that say she died. She was always warm and happy. She has that infectious laughter. She was the only daughter for her mom. I had no idea that this was 18yrs ago.

I lost a dear friend when Annette left us that sad day but I also get some comfort in knowing that on that day another true and dear friend was with her. Gloria, you are a blessed soul. May Annete's soul rest in peace, gone too soon but not forgotten.

Today marks 18 years since the fatal accident that claimed Annette's life. She forever lives on in my memory & the memory of so many of us that she has come in contact with. Rest in Peace dear Annette, Rest In Peace.

This should be a reminder to show love always to each other. Tell your friends & family on a daily basis how much you love them. Show respect always because you never know when they will be taken from you. Never take it for granted that they will always be there.

I have alwasy thought of her
Though she has passed away
And those who loved her dearly
Are thinking of her today

Everyday in some small way
Memories of Annette come my way.
Though absent, she is always near
Still missed, loved and always dear.

Her presence I miss, her memory I treasure
Loving her always, forgetting her never.

I remember the Saturdays Annette, Gloria and I used to spend together. We would either go to the library, by Annette's house or Gloria's.

Memories, for sure, cannot be erased and I take comfort in knowing that those memories will be with me always.

Judith Gray (Jimenez) (1990)

Life is in deed so precious and within a twinkle of an eye we could be saying goodbye.  In April of 1988, I too came very close to that eternal rest, but it was just not my time.  I suffered two broken (shattered legs) a broken pelvis and the tons of scars to remind me of how lucky I am.

If nothing else it taught me humility, even more than I had before. Always give God thanks and Glory for every day that you get up to see his beautiful sunshine.  Forgive someone today, do not take anything for granted and Love, Love, Love.  Rest in Peace Annette...
