Hey everbody -

Ginny did such a terrific job with our 30th reunion, she got suckered into - oops - I mean she was urged to do it again. I'm going to give her some help this time along with Marie Kowalski along with others we hope to cajole into lending a hand and hopefully we'll have as good as, if not a better time at our 35th! (Man, I cannot believe we have been out of high school since 1975, can you?!?). Now I know that the 4th of July weekend might sound like a bizzare time to have this, but I think the warmth of the summer will add to the atmosphere and we'll be outdoors! I think Ginny picked a great time of the year to do this, so let's see how many of us can be there (and of course, our "honorary" classmates, Randy & Joanne Romitelli). I don't know if we can get any of them to attend, but we're going to try and get some of our teachers there as well. I don't want to limit it to just the FHS teachers, either. If anyone knows where or stays in touch with any of the teachers from I.A. Robbins, let's get them there too! I see Mr. Aseltine and Miss Hunt from time to time and the next time I see them, I'm telling them to come.
So mark your calendars NOW. There's absolutely no legitimate excuse, with this much notice, that EVERYONE from our class can't be there. Call, write, e-mail, sky write - it doesn't matter, just spread the word and let them all know about July 3, 2010 and the party Ginny's arranged. I really enjoyed seeing everyone who was there at our 30th and I want to see all of those guys and more of us, at our 35th! We had a great bunch of people in the Class of '75 and I really would like this to be a success. Nobody cares if you're fat, balding, bald, gray or wear glasses now! It's called "life" and it happens. Hell, I started losing my hair in my early 20's, but I grew a beard in 1982 to compensate and now it's gone almost completely gray - big deal. So come on guys...I look forward to seeing you all again. And this time you better show up, Peter Antigiovanni. I know where you live and I'll come and drag your sorry goombah ass down Town Farm Rd. to the reunion if I have to.

Steve

Ginny- thanks so much for taking the initiative with this website! I am having fun reconnecting via email.

So far... Lynn Klatt (Boston area!), Tom Kruczek (fellow IBMer), Maureen (Voll) Buckland's husband, Eric (used to run at FHS with my brother), Jim Wadsworth (became world class competitive runner after leaving FHS), Steve Cox (whom I will see today at his farm.) Kevin McCaffrey and I have managed to stay in contact (Kev- I'm headed to UMass tonite for bball game!)

I pinged Brad Lutz and Paul Lemelin to join the site, too. Makes me want to try (again) to reach Mike 'Mouse' Wassik who flies helicopters to oil rigs out of TX. Hope others will add some info to their profiles.

While it is spooky at times to try and remember back to HS days, it really gives our lives another perspective. All the different paths that have been taken, and they can all intertwine again.

I always think fondly of my high school days and am glad to be part of the Class of '75!

We had a number of classmates who ended up going to St. Paul's or Kingswood, such as Billy Archer, Mike DiPietro, Tim Rafferty and some others. If anyone knows where they can be reached, please either let me know or get ahold of them and tell them about this website. It would be great if they could at least check in here and come to the reunion as well.

Thanks.

PS - Kevin McCusker did indeed stop by to see me at my "farm" (very funny, Kev. I don't think that one fenced in acre for a horse and donkey with a small barn qualifies) today. We had a really nice visit and it was terrific seeing you again, Kev.

Anyone else who happens into the area, please feel free to drop in. No reservations needed. The critters would sure like to meet you!
