From Kenneth's family:
Kenneth Earl Towry was born Januray 11, 1969 and died early on Saturday morning, May 14, 1988. The tragedy was the result of an auto accident.
He may be better known to friends as "Grape Ape". He left behind a mother (Faye Flynt), step-father (Jim Flynt), brother (Wayne Towry), nephew (Kristopher Towry); and, now would have a sister-in-law (Sonya Bell Towry) and two nieces (Heidi and Audrey Towry).
Those we love are really never lost to us. We feel them in so many special ways through friends and dreams they left behind. Memories that will never be gone. Kenneth was a very caring and loving person. He loved life and fun. He had so many special friends.

Kenneth, I knew you in school but we didn't "hang" out. But guess what--I am now your sister-n-law. I think often about what it would be like having you as my brother-n-law and how much fun that would be. Your mom and brother miss you very much. Many know that Kenneth and I were like brothers. If you seen him, you seen me, or our group (David Anderson, Robert Davis, Tracy Wells, Alan Latourette, Scott Jones).... I remember the night I got the call that Kenneth had been killed, and another close buddy of mine was with him, coming home from a concert in Nashville. (Rodney Tate was the rider). Kenneth fell asleep, which he did a lot just driving for some reason, but the car went off the embankment on Chestnut Ridge, killing Kenneth and leaving Rodney in bad shape... I will always miss this guy, who was and always will be a brother to me. We miss ya grape!!!!!!!
