In senior year, just about all the guys I knew were car crazy. It was the height of the Muscle Car era, and cars dominated our conversations. Bryan bought a 1970 Chevelle SS and he was so proud of it. I had a GTO, other friends of ours had Road Runners, Mustangs, Camaros, Super Bees, etc, etc, so we'd have a great time bragging how our particular car was best. I'll remember Bryan, grinning from ear to ear, always giving as good as he got. RIP
He definetely was the CAR guy (& Rick Lackey with his stripped camero). You could always counnt on seeing him at Steak and Shake, backed in perfectly. Bryan was a very good friend of mine in school as you probably know. We were in each others weddings and then as each of our lives began to grow and he moved to Dallas for a while we lost contact. He moved back to STL and traveled a lot. Our friendship started up again, our wives got along very well. Then shortly after that is when he died on a business trip to England or Ireland. His funeral was extremely sad as you would guess. He still liked cars to the end. I have great and many memories of Bryan, I'm glad others do too. Thank you I appreciate hearing of yours.
