David Rogers

I thought this was my kindergarten picture, with Debby Noenning in it. But it turns out this is a picture, circa 1958-59, of the Sunday school classes at St. Stephen's Evangelical and Reformed Church in Baden. The girls are wearing their Easter bonnets...and I am not very happy about it. I'm in the middle, seated at the second table front the left, front right. There's a black purse in front of me. I never really liked Sunday school, and after a while we stopped going to church. Turns out, my parents hadn't liked their Sunday schools much either, so I guess they understood my feelings. (I found this photograph in a folder from Schneithorst's, with the message, "Thank You for sharing your special day with us!" I'm not sure why it was attached.)
