I joined the Air Force out of High school, but that ended 2 weeks shy of graduation due to a knee injury. I then went to Edinboro University for 1 year but couldn't decide what I wanted to due, so I left. I than worked alot of different jobs from Photography assistant to Bar tender, to McDonalds Manager to where I am now at Autumn Grove Care Center in the Medical records field and a Nurseing assistant. If I would have known how much I would like the medical field I could have skipped all those other jobs, but they were all a good experience and some alot of fun. I finally got married in October 2003 -something my mother thought would never happen, and in 2005 Emily was born. What an expirience that has been, good and crazy! Then in January 2007 I was diagnosed with breast cancer. All I could think at first was oh no the big C word, but then I remembered I had a family to live for and take care of. So I went to work everyday and I'll be clean 2 years in October. Just when I was starting to get things back togeather again the Dr.'s decided for a precautionary measure that they should do a complete hysterectomy. That was 2 1/2 months ago. I have recently decided that I should try to stay out of the hospital for awhile. Life since highschool has been exciting, crazy, devesating, laughable and loveable and except for the chemotherapy, radiation and surgeries, I wouldn't trade any of it! I am really hopeing to re-connect with some old friends and maybe even make new ones at the reunion. I hope to see alot of you there.
