Barbara Ann Wrobel of Buffalo Grove for 20 years The funeral service for Barbara Ann Wrobel, 55, formerly of River Grove, will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, Kolssak Funeral Home, Ltd., 189 S. Milwaukee Ave. (two blocks south of Dundee Road), Wheeling. Interment will follow in Memory Gardens Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6 until 8 p.m. Wednesday, at the funeral home. Born Jan. 16, 1952, in Chicago, she died Monday, March 19, 2007, at Rush Hospital, Chicago. Barbara worked for Commerce Clearing House Publishing for 25 years, and ETA Cuisenaire of Vernon Hills for three years. She graduated from East Leyden High School in Franklin Park and graduated from the University of Illinois at Champaign Urbana in 1974. She was the loving daughter of the late Frank and Julia Wrobel; dear sister of Robert (Patricia) Wrobel; fond aunt of Jeffery and Stephen; and great-aunt of Chance.
