I had a really good time at the Riviera Saturday night....it's been way too long since the last time I was able to just kick back and let the night go where it wanted to. Still feels good =) Thanks to all who were there making it such a good time. BDH music made the night. Great playing, Tom. (and Lance!) Looking forward to the next time. Colleen, it's always nice to get out and have ornery innocent fun like we use to...it's very much missed but appreciated for it's rarity now. Love ya guys! See ya soon and GO PENS!

Fourth of July Celebrations back home in Fredericktown...

Saturday, July 4th in Fredericktown - Black Dog Hollow and Two Thumbs Up are playing a double-header at the Riviera. BDH starts around 6, then the Fredericktown fireworks show (visible from the outdoor stage and fire ring at the Riv'), then more rock with Two Thumbs Up, followed by an all-star jam with members of both bands. Also, the Jesse Wyles Band will be playing right up the street at the Municipal parking lot next to the river, in case you'd like a little more country music that evening. All that in addition to the usual 4th of July street fair in Fredericktown.....

Come on out and support your local music scene! I hope to see a lot of you Bulldogs there!

Hey there guys no winner on the ticket so the class funds got the money. Not sure how much we made but I know there was more then 500.00 added to the account. as soon as all the money is collected I will give a total. Thanks to the ones who helped sell and purchased tickets. We did not have alot of help with this ticket so I was hoping to get some feed back on what everyone would like to do as far as fund raising. Send me an e-mail or post a response, would love to hear ideas from all...

Hey everybody - Here's a good chance for us all to get together, and it's for a good cause too -

SATURDAY NOV 28th, at the Richeyville Fire Hall - come out for the benefit jam that Mike Zibrida and I put together, with a little help from a LOT of our friends:

The first annual ROCK for RESCUE CHARITY JAM. Featuring six of the best local bands, plus cold beer, great food, and door prizes.

Tickets are $10 each in advance or at the door. All proceeds will be split 50-50 between the Washington County Humane Society and the Richeyville VFD and used to rescue animals in need and folks in burning buildings....

The bands are donating their time and efforts, and a lot of local businesses have donated door prizes.

The six bands performing are: Black Dog Hollow (my band), Tirade (Mike's band), Backburner (Chuck Yanosky's band), plus local favorites Two Thumbs Up, Rogues Gallery, and Jinx.

Doors open and refreshments served starting at 5. Music starts at 6, with each band playing a one-hour set.

More details are available at the Richeyville VFD website: www.rvfc27.com, the Washington Area Humane Society website, or any of the band's websites. Also watch for notices in all of the local papers, listen on WDVE 102.5 Pittsburgh, Froggy 98, and the Cal U radio station FM 92.

COME ON OUT - IT'S GOING TO BE A GREAT TIME, AND IT's FOR A GREAT CAUSE!

Hey there everyone. It’s been awful quiet on here the past few months. Are there any plans to get together over the holidays? If so, just let me know and I’ll try to make it. Have a great and safe holiday.

Hello Classmates,

Where does time go??? It's that time again to start planning our 25th Class Reunion! Can you all believe that we are approaching our 25th Reunion. Colleen Lynch Yanosky and I were talking, we would like to put a ticket off, possibly the week before Labor Day Weekend. Thinking a $500.00 ticket again? We are asking for any and all help that you can give. That means if you can help sell tickets or even buy 10 or 20 of them, it would help...If we don't do any fundraising then the cost to attend is going to be high. We have some funds left from before, but not much. As we all know everyone likes to show up and have a free bar. Well to have this free bar, we either have to sell tickets or charge everyone a higher price to attend.

If you are interested in helping, please email Colleen or myself.

Take care and hope to hear from all of you!!!

Debbie

Thanks Debbie, it seems like no one uses this any more! I'm not sure who is in charge of doing the class reunion, but I had someone from Lake View (in morgantown) call our house number and wanted to see if we would want to use them again. I don't recall having a reunion down there. I could give someone the number if this is something we would like to use.
