Scott S. Freehling Obituary

Scott S. Freehling, 36, of Saxonburg, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, June 28, 2016, at Butler County Memorial Hospital. Scott was born in Natrona Heights on March 3, 1980, the son of Margaret A. (Ziacik) and Samuel Freehling, both of Buffalo Township. Scott was a member of Zion United Methodist Church in Buffalo Township. Scott enjoyed watching the Steelers and Penguins, working on computers and loved his three dogs, Honey, Alice and Cliff. He is an organ donor giving to someone in need, his final gift, his final deed. Besides his parents, he is survived by his sister, Lyndsay Freehling; a very special aunt, Barb Ziacik; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandparents, and several aunts, uncles and cousins. 
At the family's request, there will be no public visitation. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, July 16, in Zion United Methodist Church, 438 Bear Creek Road, Sarver, with the Rev. Rob Wilson officiating.
