We are still in a holding patter with 16-grandchildren and since 1997 we formed a non-profit 501(c)3 organization for our Monterrey, Mexico orphanage.

Now, working my East Texas development in Livingston, Texas with this 1,000 acre RV park with 16-acres of lakes, 40-acres for 4-wheeler mudding and 1/3 lots for sale beginning at $30k-$100k. Lots are tenatively scheduled to begin selling in June 2024.

Currently working on movie script based on my book Archie's Boys in our development stage and currently looking for production funding.
School Story:

My third book has now been published called Archie's Boys. This book is about the 1972 Sam Houston State University Men's basketball team and their national championship. The team still holds the record for most consecutive wins 42-years later. The book is being used to film a feature documentary film produced on-site in Wharton, Texas.

My fourth book entitled "Trump 2020" has been listed on Amazon, E-Bay, Barnes & Noble, etc. I have plans for more publications as time allows.
