Richard Snyder (Snyder)

It seems like such a short time ago I was sitting in the back of Richard Kolbo's 1954 plymouth with the game board streched across the front seat engaging 4 or 5 guys in a little game of chance while parked behind the high school.  My memory was that Richard Kolbo always seemed to win at these card games of chance and I ended up contributing to his many pleasures!

Will never forget Richard's story about his most memorable summer job.  One summer while in college, he went to Washington D.C. and sold ice cream for the Good Humor Company.  It seems that they made you buy your ice cream at the start of each morning and then take the company truck and sell it along the route, intending to make a few dollars of profit.  Well, poor Richard was just starting his route after purchasing a truck load of ice cream when he was robbed of all his days sales along with what few coins he had been able to retrieve.  It seems that this event ended his days of glory at Good Humor Ice Cream Company.
