MADISON - George "Nat" Weber, age 70, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, July 2, 2014.

George was born in Columbus, Wis., to Lt. George and Jeanne Weber. He attended Edgewood High School in Madison, and Riverside Military Academy in Gainesville, Ga., and Hollywood, Fla. He also went to Milton College, MATC and UW-Madison. He served in the Army USASETAF Vicenza Italy, leaving with the rank of Spec 6 (E6). He was a longtime resident of Maple Bluff, Wis., and most recently, Heritage Monona. George had 89 jobs in his lifetime, including Orthotics Lab at UW Sports Center, Gordon Flesch Co. as an advertising executive salesman, bartender, office manager, project manager, yacht salesman, etc.

He is survived by his "beloved" friend, Stephanie (Fish) Strouchen of Cincinnati, Ohio; the "glamorous" Denise Falk of Janesville; the "Chic" Linda "Lee" Mrazek of Knoxville Tenn.; Larry Lehmann, Skip Muziks, Dave Williams and Carol Jefferson, D'ette Wagner, Del Wagner, Darlene Skolaski and many other close friends.

George's wishes were to have a gathering in celebration of his life at DRACKENBERG'S CIGAR BAR located at 605 N. Sherman Ave., Madison, near Vic Pierce Liquors. The "Celebration" will be held on Sunday, July 27, 2014, from noon until 4 p.m.
