GASTONIA - Rickey Hollingsworth, 73, passed away July 19, 2016 at Belaire Health Care Center in Gastonia.
He was born, a native of Gaston County on Nov. 5, 1942 the son of the late Jeanell Hanna and step-father Hubert Hanna.
Left to cherish his memories are his wife, Sue Hollingsworth; son Blair Hollingsworth and wife Crystal and grandchildren Kendal and Makenzie Hollingsworth.
A gathering of family and friends will be held 4 to 6 p.m. Friday, July 22, 2016 at Blair's home 5421 Crawford Road, Gastonia.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a charity of one's choice .
